Workshops
At Replenish Culture, we are passionate about the need for systems to increase their capability when it comes to discussing race and taking meaningful action. Our workshops/training courses seek to support organisations on their journey towards Anti-racism. We focus on equality, identity and creating a sense of belonging for young people.
Our workshops will support participants to embark on a journey through:
1) Reflecting on your relationship with racism
2) Becoming Anti-racist
3) Raising Anti-racist Children
Our workshops aim to:
- Support Local Authorities to develop their cultural competence and create the safe spaces that enable the uncomfortable discussions around race/ identity to take place.
- Support senior leaders, professionals and all those working with vulnerable young people to reflect on their own cultural identities within the context of privilege and power.
- Understand and discuss why race needs to be addressed by senior leaders, social workers and foster carers.
- Create a learning environment where the needs of black and global majority children are given complex consideration with a clear focus on improving outcomes.
Our workshops/training can be tailored to suit the needs of your team/ organisation.
We are open to working with:
